Blue Water Pool - Return Policy

Purchases from Blue Water Pool may be returned with in 30 days of purchase and could be subject to
a 20% restocking fee. This is not including on stie installs which cover a manufacture warranty and
30 day labor warranty. Special-order products are NOT returnable for any reason. Electrical parts
are not returnable. Manuals are not returnable. No Returns will be accepted without a return
authorization number. Shipping charges are not refundable. We are not responsible for any labor
costs, which occur as the result of the installation of wrong or defective parts. To return your parts
please:Please call our office during normal business hours for a return merchandise authorization
number. You will then be given instructions for your return. Credits for returned items usually take
2-3 weeks after our warehouse receives the part(s).

Warranty : On Site
We at Blue Water Pool's stand behind all our work. Labor done onsite is warranteed for 30 days
from date of install. Manufacturer warranty will vary depending on the equiptment.
